On 26 Mar 2016, my aircel balance (Rs.18/-) automatically got deducted. Upon scrutiny, I found out that the callertune had been subscribed on its own. I had never ever subscribed for the same.
And, just a while ago, another Rs.30 deduction for something that I never subscribed. I came to know about the deduction upon receiving the message. Similar deductions have happened in the past many times but I never really paid attention. But today was seriously frustrating.
I want the refund for both the times (mentioned above) that my balance was deducted. I hope this is rectified asap.
