[Resolved] Aircel — Automatic deduct money, sending message you have subscribe some portal | |||||
Aircel provider do always this thing. It subscribe something from their side and deduct money from my balance. They are looting doing such thing, because they thing people will not take small things. When I talked to customer care person, He was saying that you have subscribed. When I told him, If I would have subscribed why I would have called you. I never subscribe those thing. Voice alert service got renewed in the account on 2nd Jan’17 and the same service got activated through an outbound call for which Rs.25 got debited. We would like to inform you that service was already deactivated on 6th Jan’17 and we regret to inform you that we would not be able to process any waiver as the same got activated based on your consent.
