Aircel — Automatically activate vas services and deductions

Dear sir. My number is [protected]. On 03 MAY 2015. From my this Aircel number 75 rupees has been deducted, even i was having Internet pack... immediately I called customer care and ask for register my complaint, he said the complaint has been registered with us and you will refund the deduction amount within 48 Hours but still I didn't get any responds, again I called and ask now they are saying... you didn't request for any complaints.

Hi Asif,

As per the analysis done, checked & found you got activated
the VTALKIES75 services through WAP, As customer is come back after 24
hrs wavier is not applicable as a One-time goodwill gesture of wavier is
given of Rs.75/- credited in your account. Informed you
that VTALKIES75services are deactivated..Please be informed For any
further assistance you can reach Appellate desk by dialing [protected]
from Monday to Friday between 10AM and 6PM..
