[Resolved] Aircel — Automatically activating one by one services without our knowledg and steeling balance from acccounts | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, My name is V Praveen Kumar.Recently i have purchased Aircel sim.From past 5 days these people are automatically activating one by one service and deducting my balance.customer care person said that by balance would get back in 24 hours till now 3 days have passed but no balance.When i am trying to call them, the electronic receiver says "there is heavy traffic please try again later". I am having the messages proof and call records of their customer care person.Hence i kindly request you to take some action on this kind of thieves and help public.
