Aircel — Automatically activating value added services in my phone and cutting balance from my phone.

I am avijit mahato from west bengal. I am using an aircel sim for past one year. This is not the first time. Every time i recharge my number with more than 50rs... They automaticaaly activates some value added sevice in my phone and cut 40-45 rs from my phone. Their customer support is worst. They do not pick up the phone. And even if they pick up the phone after trying for 10 hrs constantly... They will listein to your compalin and finally cut the phone without solving it. And again you need another t10 hrs so that you get someone to listein to your compalin and agin after explianing the same thing he/she will cut the phone. This is the funda of aircel. I am not the only customer from aircel who comes across these types of problems daily... Their are thousands of customers and they face similar type of problems. They do not have any fixed no to check the data balance. The no changes everyday and if don't keep a note of it they will again give a false message that you have used this amount of data and again make your whole balnace 0. This whole aircel is a fraud.

Today morning when i woke up i got a message "thank you for choosing fashion and glamour weekly at rs 35.0. You have been charged rs 35 for 7 days."i was not using my phone for last 6-7 hours. I was sleeping. Did the ghosts came and activated this service in my mobile? And agin my balance is left only 5rs. I have faced these kinds of things a no. Of times. This is just waste of time and waste of money. I am fed up with this. So today finally i decided to port my no. This is mental harassment. Please help me. I want back my money and compensation for the time i have wastes in these type of thiefly things.

yesterday night again 40 Rs was deducted from my number and now my balance is 0 Rs.The money was deducted without any message.I called the customer care several times in this number([protected]).Everytime after listeining to the complain they say the same thing that our system is down.If the system is down why the hell are you listeining to the compalin or picking the phone.and whenever I call them the system is down.what is this.you all are torturing me mentally.I am left with 0 balane now. I am unable to call anyone.And I can't recharge also now because there is no guarantee that they will not cut my whole balnce again.just look into it.And if you r looking into the matter solve it.Dont give me any false assurance .Just solve if you can or else tell me that you and your comapny are beggers and thieves who deducts the money of their customers.

We would like to inform you that post system check it has been found that balance of Rs. 40/- got deducted on[protected] due to Activation of VAS (MCONFG35). Rs. 40/- have been posted in your A/C from our end on 27/06/2016 & service also deactivated.

Yes I have got that Rs40 back in my account.But thats not enough...they had acut lot more from my account...just cross check you will find many deatils and VAS which were activated automatically...and the total amount which got cut from my account is approximately RS 250-300.It would be great if you kindly refund my money.I am attaching few of the messages which came in my mobile and the balance got deducted.sometimes the balance got deducted without any message.And all these VAS were activated automatically.
