Hi,
I can't say exact time & Date. I have shared my mobile no. So using my mobile no. you can find out details from AIRCEL System.
But i am sure that it is deducted on December month 2015.
Amount deducted approx : 100 Rs
Previously my balance was showing more than 100 RS. But after balance check, it was showing 0 balance.
It was deducted due to the use of Internet Surfing. But I had already activated INTERNET Plan.
Instantly Next day, I have informed to Customer Care Executive. But there were no response regarding my main balance deduction.
I am waiting reply of this message...(ASAP)...

Why Aircel is not refunding my balance..
Customer care executive never seriously resolve customer problem..
Very bad service of Aircel..
If can't refund then I'll go for porting to other network..
