Aircel — Automatically deduction of balance.. & no response of customer care.. Call disconnected..

Hi, I was trying to call to customer care executive. But there is no option while calling to 121. One time it was connected but executive didn't resolve my issue and disconnected my call from their side. Aircel provide very bad service to their customer. ISSUE: My balance automatically deducted in last month in daily basis and remain zero balance. I have informed same to customer care executive and she told me that my total deducted balance will be refund to my account. But my balance is still zero and i am waiting to get my deducted balance. So, I am requesting to refund my deducted balance as soon as possible. If AIRCEL can't do this then strong action should be taken on AIRCEL MOBILE network in MAHARASHTRA region. I have informed to customer care 3 times regarding same issue.. But they are not resolving issue regarding my main balance..

Hi,

I can't say exact time & Date. I have shared my mobile no. So using my mobile no. you can find out details from AIRCEL System.
But i am sure that it is deducted on December month 2015.

Amount deducted approx : 100 Rs

Previously my balance was showing more than 100 RS. But after balance check, it was showing 0 balance.
It was deducted due to the use of Internet Surfing. But I had already activated INTERNET Plan.
Instantly Next day, I have informed to Customer Care Executive. But there were no response regarding my main balance deduction.

I am waiting reply of this message...(ASAP)...

Why Aircel is not refunding my balance..

Customer care executive never seriously resolve customer problem..

Very bad service of Aircel..

If can't refund then I'll go for porting to other network..
