Aircel — Autosubscribing value packs and deducting money | |||
I am Shailesh aircel customer mobile no [protected].Whenever i keep balance in my sim above rupees 50 they always auto subscribe me to some or the other pack and deduct money from the account.when i complain they say you have subscribed.even now about at 2:40 am on 15th aug 2015 they again auto subscribed me when i was surfing net(facebook) on my browser with internet pack.I am tired of complaining it to aircel customer care they never refund the money.who needs to subscribe for value pack download rs30 for 20 days when you have internet.aircel is looting me.now i am afraid of recharging above 50 rupees or even surfing the net.they always plan some way or the other to deduct money.please take a strong action against this.i never subscribe to these waste value packs they auto subscribe always.i want my refund.please help me.for this i would always be grateful to you Was this information helpful? | |||
