I lost one of my neighbors address. Due to some personal issues, I need to contact them. I had his contact number. But when I tried to call that number, it is saying that currently this number do not exists, How can I know address details from a contact number. I need to discuss with them for some personal issues. The only thing I could do is to post here for the help. Please help

    I have send many time port no sms from my mobile..on date 1, 2, 3 december 2017 but i didnot get my porting no of 8 digit yet..want to switch to 4G but due to these cheaters i didnt.. do something as soon as possible otherwise legal actions are only the ways to solve this..i have also called on circle office but as i told them i want to port to another network they disconnect the call..
    This is unbearable..i m shifting to another city...i dnt want your worst network

      Hi,
      I visited and submitted request directly in the aircel head office, coimbatore, but it got rejected and i got message as my request was closed all the two times. No proper response from the people in the head office. They are just taking as a new request again without responding about last request's status.
      Please help me changing to prepaid or i am fed up enough to change the network.

        This is to inform you that my mobile with number [protected] is missing. I would kindly request you to block this prepaid sim card of mine to prevent misuse. Please take necessary action immediately. Awating to hear from you. Though we have went to aircel office directly so many times (Nearly 5 times in 6 months), they did not block my sim and asking us to pay more amount. We are not using that mobile number for nearly 6 months. But they are keep on increasing the bill and forcing us to pay the bill, instead of blocking the sim. ([protected])

          I am trying to change from aircel to airtel as there is no network of aircel at my workplace.
          But aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting upc many times on 04 december, 2017 but to no avail.

              Aircel is a big fraud company. Khud ghaate m ja rahe hei toh ye haraam ke paise kamaane ki new technique nikaal li. Naa jaane kitno ko chuna laga chuke, ye khud se customers ke no. Pe sms service activity karte rehte h. Till now 21 times u renewed 2rs pack service on my no. Mujhe koi refund nahi chahiye kyuki i am going to file complaint on aircel.

                I am unable to send a message on 1900 to port.
                I have been using aircel for almost 5 years now. There is no proper aircel network where i work. Aircel doesnt even provide 3g services in my area.
                I just want to port my number to some other network provider. I would have just destroyed this sim card, but i have used this number at many places, so cant let go of this number.
                Please, its my humble request, send me upc code.

                  no incoming call facility is available for this number

                  My aircel number is suddenly not working and whenever someone is trying to call me, i am getting a message like “no incoming call facility is available for this number.” called the customer care twice, but every time i was told that it will start working after 1 hour. But that did not work. And i am unable to contact anyone as well as no one is able to contact me. Looking forward to soonest reply or else switching to other network will...

                  Hi team,

                  As per instruction mentioned in the aircel website, i have recharged rs 294 on 3rd december 2017 at 10.24 to avail unlimited local calls. As per tariff, i can make unlimited local calls for any network and unlimited aircel to aircel std calls. But when i am making local calls for other network, charges are getting deducted from my main balance which should not be the case. I am highly disappointed due to this and i feel aircel is cheating the customer and providing false information in the aircel website.

                  Aircel is mentioning something in their but it is not same which make me to switch other network.

                  Could you please help me to avail right offer?

                  I am not happy with the information provided/ conveyed by your team. Your team is not ready to listen my concern, all they do is enforcing the information they had.

                  I have referred the below Aircel authenticated website and I was under the impression for Rs294, I will be getting unlimted Local call + STD calls for Aircel to Aircel only.

                  Aircel Website I have referred:

                  But your team ask me to refer the below website, where the information given for the same tariff is different from I could see in the above Aircel website.

                  This mean Aircel is publishing false information in their website and getting benefit by fooling/ cheating their customer. Different information is being published in different Aircel authenticated website which is not my mistake. Also please do remember if Aircel is maintaining more than one website then dont expect the customer has to cross verify all your website to ensure the information provided in all the website are same which is not our job.

                  Also customer can use any medium to recharge according to their convenience & benefits they use to get but it should be indeed Aircel should not provide false information in different Url which is shame which leads to the customer are in trouble.

                  Also your team has closed the ticket without my knowledge which is an integrity issue. Your team is disconnecting the call while the customer is talking which shows Aircel is posting uneducated employees to handle the customer.

                  Can someone from your team look into this who has better attention to details? Because of this around Rs 12 has been charged from my Main balance account. I want that amount has to be added in my Main balance account.

                    From last 1 month i was not able to send port request from my aircel number and then after 20 days aircel provide me wrong ucp (Unique code for porting) which can’t be use with other company operator then again i request for new correct ucp to port out but aircel not giving me forcing me to stay with their network, aircel service for their customer is worst and their internet and calling plan is v costly and outdated they giving me 2g service at v high cost and their network is worst and their network always does down.

                        Please note that, my self karthick. P and i have cancelled the aircel post paid connection for the number of [[protected]]on the month of june 2017 and they keep charging the amount of 478 rs. Finally i have complaint the same through customer complaints and finally i have received the response from the aicell that the amount has been waived off (Please find the copy of same). But still am being getting notice about non payment of bill and threatening message from legal team from aircell about filling case against me in adalat

                                But unable to send text on 1900 from last two days... I contact several times to customer care 198... Some of them say that there is some technical or server issue, text after 24 horurs but after 24 hrs. Nothing changes... Again same issue... Some of them after doing something said now you can send text... But again same problem... I m sick of it...

                                  My number [protected] is getting same message that unable to send message when i send it to 1900.

                                  It seems like a dirty trick applied by aircel to block our messages to 1900. I swear if you do not resolve this immediately i will go to trai and complaint about the inconvenience you guys are causing me!! Please take this seriously and unblock my number to allow me to send port messages to 1900.

                                  Sending it to 1900 in this format - port [protected]. Getting error message "unable to send".

                                  Disappointed as always with aircel. I will complain to trai if this is not solved immediately.
