I am using Aircel operator, and as soon as i recharge the sim card with more than 10 rs the they deduct my balance every day. When i call them and tell the problem they say that i clicked on a link which is crating the problem, but i am not using internet on my phone, then how is it possible. i say this is a fraud style of earning money. I once again called them and they say that they are unable to provide any information as the software...

My aircel no:- [protected] not activated even after 20 days of its purchase. When I dial the no. " you are barred because you have no service" is sounding. Cyst. Care told to do FRC from where I HV purchased sim. I did but no response till now. Please do the needful....

My no is [protected], service provider - aircel. without any reason aircel service provider deducted my balance and i have not subscribe any deals but automatically the service provider send me a message, that i subscribe a deals. it is totally a bad service from aircel service provider....

Today I got a call from company and I received it than disconnected it, but suddenly than a message comes to my phone that this service is activated and when I tried to stop that service then it is not showing in Value added services. Hello, today I got a message stating "Thank you for subscribing to Dazzling queens. You have been charged Rs. 35.0 for 7 days and your service will be auto renewed with the same charges." But I didn't even subscribed it. So please deactivate it as soon as possible....

Recharge not credited
I have recharged with 117 rs in no [protected] but it has not credited on my no. The mobile of the person from whom i recharged is showing mesage of successful but balance or message pertaining to it has not yet received.

As my mobile was lost, i have purchased a duplicate sim by paying the amount from Aircel. NoW I came to know that this number is being used by other person Bharatha from Karnataka How is it possible. I have aleready sent a mail to deactivate the sim card when it was lost . Later I applied for a duplicate sim. Last month 22 October 2015, I bought aircel new sim[protected], till now outgoing calls not activate. I called 4-5 times customer care with another aircel number, they take complaint and without solution automatically complaint closed, but issue will not solve till now. It is regret to inform that Aircel having worst customer care, they never bother about customer complain and customer will never able to connect customer care. I have recharge with Rs. 36 A-A 15p but it is not charging the same, they have charged Rs.1/min. its worst service provider in india, i dont know why TRI gave the permission to operate. Eeve Call drop is more in this Aircel network, TRI should charge for call drop....

Mujhe 1.5 gb k jagah 1gb net mila aur 45 m 55 k jagah 50 ka talktime mila .jabki *150# mere retailers n dial kar ye offer dekha tha jiska benfit mujhe nahi mila . had to tab ho gayi jab aaj bina kisi call ya message k mere p anek suvidha activate karke 45 ₹kaat liya gaya . customer care ka no b nahi milta.ab m definitely Consumer foram m case karunga....
