Aircel company tower installed in our building is weakening our structure & we need to dismantle it immediately. They made contract for long term and have not paid rent for so many months now.

Neither they paid rent nor agreed to remove their tower from our building. We are not able to reach them through the original phone numbers mentioned in the contract agreement.

What should we do? Is there any way to remove it officially. Is gtl infrastructure is the one whom i should contact. It is painful for us & we are searching a concerned person responsible to close their contract.

Any help on this regard or any government agency whom i can complain and take necessary action. We need to anyways dismantle for safety reasons.

    They have made a 20 years contract of tower and decided to give rs.8, 195 per month, but since 2017 no rent is given to us and all the contact numbers, customer care numbers are invalid...
    This is a height of irresponsibility kindly resolve our complaint...
    Plz reply me as soon as possible..
    Otherwise we will just sale it...
    Lest we will sale the tower to someone or it's parts in the market

      I am complaining about my security deposit amount which is not refunded by the company. I took distributorship of aircel and gave around ₹100000 as deposit and other claims around 100000rs. But unfortunately the company shut down without any notice. Also i have around ₹10000 voucher and e-top balance of ₹110000. Total amount is around 315000 (Approx three lakh fifteen thousand) but since the company is shut down my all money got blocked. Even after trying to contact multiple times i did not got any response.
      My distributor agency name was "vanshu general agency" in the name of "sahaya michael prabhu"
      I have mailed several times to deloitte (Mr. V. Iyer, mr. Ayush nangia) and mr. Rayan (Sales head of mumbai, aircel).

        discontinuing of sim card due to closure of company

        I owned a mobile number which was provided by aircel. I still have the sim card. However, since aircel shut its business that number is not operational anymore. I have also tried to reach out to the number, it has not been provided to any other customer also which means it is still available.
        This number is linked to my aadhar but i cannot use it, and hence i cannot link my aadhar as well to my accounts which causes a lot of trouble.br...

          to remove the tower

          I have a aircel tower at my home and as you know its shut down and useless completely of no use and acquiring a lot space in my back yard, and moreover didn't received salary since 2 years. Since i belong from a #* middle class family my father is having trouble with all kinda financial support and have a loan on his head, it was our 2nd source of income that some how helped with our daily life.
          And now that it is completely shut...

          We had installed aircel tower on my terrace. It was a 10 years agreement, which got over in 2019 & also we haven't received any rent since 2017. We have no idea whom to contact for this. Although we tried reaching some people related to your company. They said we need to pay back d advance amount, we refused saying we haven't received 2 years rent, so it equals, yet they're not ready to take it off. So it wld be really great i[censored] ppl can come up with something find a solution soon. Ppl facing lot of issues we trusted u n gave u our property. So plz respect us back n hand over our property clean.

              Aircel tower has been installed at our property for sometime now and for the past 3 years we have not received any rent and when we are trying to get intouch with them, no one responds. we need the tower to be removed and the dues to be cleared till date, it has been very long now.

                Sir i herrby wanted to covent you that i was using the aircel sim consiting of [protected]
                But i was using same number for watsapp and than the sim i was using in nokia phone so has inserted the watsapp on android phone but lost the phone which my aircel sim was working
                Now the issue is that i have lost my watsapp as refreshed it from phone and when wanted to reinstall it can't get the code which at time of starting the app we get in form of sms system please help me to reinstall my watsapp please help me

                    I'm a retailer and I'm aware that Aircel shut down. But this is to recover the money which in form o[censored]nsold recharge vouchers.I'm having Rs.500 worth recharge vouchers. Kindly take it back and provide refund for the same. Distributor refused to take it back. Or at least guide me how to encash it. Will try to do from my end like if there is any distributor associated with this process.

                      Aircel installed a tower on our roof in 2010 but from 2018 feb he is not paying rents and no maintenance also. As i am from odissa bhubaneswar we are every yr facing cyclone so any mishap can happen as no proper maintainance. We are also living in that home. So kindly suggest what we can do as we have visited office and we have agreement till 2022. So kindly help us whom we can contact to get resolve from this. As its about life of humans as its nt in maintainance since 1 and half year.

                              My name is Vibinkumar V, my mobile number ([protected]) was under Aircel and later I ported it to Vodafone. Now the problem is the number got deactivated due to non usage (I went overseas) and not it's been moved to the parent operator ie., Aircel. Because of which I couldn't get back my number.
                              I've been trying to reach out the customer care number and various email id's but there wasn't any response at...

                              I am an existing customer of sbi bank holding a credit card from last 3 years last week i have applied for a new irctc card and today i have received a call from one executive from sbi named kunal having employee id: 271773 from the no.[protected] saying that he will merge my existing card with the new card which will be issuing and informed about all my relevant details and thereafter done 3 transactions amounting to rs. 10, 207.29, 10210.36 & 10207.29 has been done from my card around 11:15 to 11:30 am. I request you to find out the details of the person in whose name the number is registered and help me out to reach to the fraudulent person.

                                  This is regarding the fraud happened of 11, 000 from the number [protected].
                                  Please help in order to get my amount reversed, . This guy is using worst languages and still pretending to be customer care executive which in real is a fraud. Please help me to get it resolved asap
