i am using aircel 3g service on a dongle for the last three to four months from july i having these problems ..all file sharing sites are blocked on aircel network whereas other isp like airtel reliance and tata are not blocking it nd the customer care has no answer to that they always say talk to tech dept and tech dept says talk to cust care..i am using these nos : [protected],[protected],[protected] i am soon gng to move...

I have a sim card mobile no [protected]. due to mis handling it was damaged . i request to the aircel office in Aligarh up . and pay rs. 150. and submitt my latest photo graph & driving license as a proof of my identity. after 15 day he say to me this photo id co. not accepted please provide me one another id . thats after i submitt my passport copy before 5 days . but till this time no. is not activated....

I am from Siliguri (Derjeeling). I have network problem from 04.09.2011. Thats why i was going to aircel shop at siliguri. But who attend me his name is Mr Prashun Chatterjee, was not response me and treat me very badly. Still now I'm faceing the problem. I dont think is not a good service....

I have ported out my number from vodafone to aircel because i was promised cheaper call rates with a completely similar plan.
I placed a service request with AIRCEL to activate a service pack which will eventually reduce my call rates. After a few days i was informed that my plan is not valid for this service pack.

I have been charged Rs.10 every time for unwanted activation. Every time i top up 20+ you always deduct rs.10.

I have lost more than 150 INR because of this. And it is still happening. Every they say some (AIRCEL POWERPLAY RENEWAL) and other stuff.

Deactivate me from everything - I didn't activate anything on my mobile and kindly return my money.
