    I have entered my pin number wrongly & my Sim got blocked and asked for PUK code.. I called 198 and asked for PUK code, they told my puk not generated and to reach nearer AIRCEL office.. I reached main office in PH Road Chennai.. But asking there, they told that sim has to be replaced.. I accepted and asked for new sim.. But they told there is no stock of ROTN sim sim in chennai and sim will be available by 7 days.. after 8 days, today i went but again telling to wait for 10 days..

    Is this the way to deal the customer.??? Already i got 20000 loss in 1week by losing that number..

    Where can i get the ROTN sim immediately???

      i m very much fedup with my telephone serve provider aircel many a times this compny has activated some services on my mob. no. [protected] like dialer tunes and music connet which i have never ask for and when i complaint about it they only give the procedure of disconneting the unwanted services and never refund my money and when i ask excecuteve officer to connect my phone call to senior executive the phone will get disconnected so pls. do the needful for refund my money back
      sir pls. stop subscription of power play in my cell no other wise i will be change airecelll ot other service [protected]
      sir i am charged rs 10 after 2 days for powerplay game pack which i have not opted i allready talked with the customer care but nothing happened i am thinking to change the service [protected]

        I changed to Aircel from Idea on 18-05-11 and from the very beginning I can’t receive any phone call from AirTel. After so may complaints and request it was solved after 10-12 days. But it is again stats on 06-06-11 and still now.
        At this situation I don’t know what to do, I can’t throw my SIM because this number is so important for me that’s why I need for a MNP. Please suggest me what to do ASAP. Some information is given below:

        • Previous Operator: Idea
        • Approved Porting date & time in Aircel: 14-05-11, 22:00:00
        • Actual Date of Porting:[protected]in between 14-05-11 to 18-05-11 my incoming call stopped and caller listen This is invalid no.)
        • Problem: No incoming from all AirTel Number and caller listen “This is not a valid number”

        How many times I have to face this same problem? Basic criteria of a mobile phone is to incoming and outgoing, but your company can't fulfill that. From the very beginning I suffered in same problem and after 10-12 days it was solved and after a week it starts again ! Why Sir ?

              I had taken an Aircel prepaid mobile number on 29th April, 2011.

              I traveled to Bhubaneswar, Orissa on 3rd June, 2011. However, I am not able to receive any incoming calls here. Almost everyday, I get an SMS from 899903 stating I have missed calls and to send SMS to them to get the numbers. It costs me Rs.3.

              The fact is, the phone is always on, never switched off during this period. I asked my wife to call me from bangalore, and she was not able to connect to me.

              When I called the customer care (198), one Mr. Akash Pattanaik, refused to register a complain and also refused to transfer the call to his senior. He kept on repeating, I will have to call the Aircel Bangalore/karnataka support center, which will obviously cost me dearly (being on roaming and making a STD call).

              I have never faced a worst service than Aircel int he mobile service sector. I am going to do MNP as soon as I get a chance to do it. Because of Aircel, I lost two deals which I was banking on.

              Secondly:
              I had registered a complaint on 5th May , that I am not able to create an account on the online portal. Almost, every week, I try to do it, however the complaint is yet to be resolved. Everytime, I am reopen the complain, it gets closed almost immediately, but not really anything is getting resolved.

              I guess, you did escalate to a really good place. Coz, I didnot get any calls, and now I am back to Karnataka, so will never know if anything was done.

              I will be visiting again Bhubaneswar in the first week of next month. I hope this issue is not present.

              I am paying more for all the services including the 3G plan, as it is the only operator with 3G in orissa and karnataka, apart from BSNL. I will not hesitate to transfer to another provider.

                my name is ashok kumar uttwani from jaipur i have a connection of aircel with number [protected] one month ago the company started a service named voice chat without my permission on my this number than i complainted it to customer care the person who talked me is mr. bhagvaan singh but they could not oesconvienced me well but they promissed me to stop that service as soon as possible but unfortunately when i recharged my balance with 50 rupee topup on 3/6/2011 and next day 4/6/2011 my balance gone to -30 rupees and than i again call to customer care exucetive mr. vikram singh and again they did same to me and they said that they will try to stop . i asked them to refund my amount but they said me the ammount is not refundable. and when i went to their office at gourav tower shopping mall jaipur and i asked them to gave me detail of that voice chat service on my number but they did not gave me the detail so i am very unhappy and upset with the service and no one is solving my problem so i want from you to please interfare in that situation and please take action on such cheating companies so that they rememebered that there is very powerfull law wich is authorable on all of that wich does not allow 420.

                i hope you will be watchfull on my complaint and you will punish such cheating companiesa

                  As m facing the problem is that of worst network problem so you are requested to solve the issue as early.
                  Moreover the rate cutter we get is not the cheapest of any other network provided, specially my need is of 20paise/min. call rate to any other local network as other network provided.

                      01/06/2011 08.28.49am recharges Rs.125 rate cutter, valid 180 days & then 08.31.45am recharges Rs. 50 top up.

                      Rs. 125 rate cutter valid not so,

                      Customer care said “one offer for u” recharges Rs. 50 top up is a rate cutter, but this information not send my mobile No.

                      I will call Customer care 14 times, [protected] this No. & 7 times, 121 this No. At last Customer care said “ Sir plz disconnect the phone”.

                      come on you tamil man, this is not the place to send a complaint to bussiness. this is a place you file a complaint, so that the other users and internet will be cautioned. whats the point of attaching images ? i dont see the point. yes AirCell may be bad in your area, or all together, but then again why are you staying with them. go for another mobile service provider.

                      88rs recharge your call first minute 50 paisa,second minute 30 paisa and third minute continue 20 paisa i was recharged this it recharged but hheir is no responsenow when i call to customer care he said your money has been wasted he said if you have a problem then call his senior if aircel has option of this recharges we recharge their no response we call to customer care he you have been wasted your money contact to his senir. please do some solutin of my problem

                        I bought your Aircel Sim Card Last year April 2010,My name is Abdulfatha, Cell number [protected]. my area Tiruvarur district, Town of Kutoor. 2/23 North Street, Kutoor.
                        My telephone incoming line past 29 days ago , without any information you are made disconnect. I am contact to customer care several times, someone informed to me, submit to particular documents near to sub agent. I already submitted to my particular documents to Kivalurer Aircel Agent15 days ago.
                        Until know I didn't connect my services and again I asked Aircel Sub Agent, they are not given to good answer and they are said purchased a new card. I don't like to purchase new card. Therefore I hereby requested to connect to service my Sim Card - [protected].

                          I opted for Aircel Mobile Number Portability last 20days back and its still not activated I do not know why Aircell is so loose in handling customers willing to move to Aircel.
                          I want to raise a complaint againist this reckless behaviour and charge them for the inculcate behaviour for doing MNP as its approved by TRAI.

                          I now lost hopes and interest in moving to Aircel anymore but I warn Aircell, try to keep as much as customers going forward so that you can remain in Mobile Service Provider industry in INDIA

                                  Iam working at srikakulam dist, ranasthalam mandal, DP valasa village SEZ.
                                  At my office surroundings there is no network coverage of aircel. But other networks or working superb.
                                  i am in pappankulam .tiruppur district .i have already call ur compliant helpline (198) more than 15 times for during no network coverage .but ur all executives didn't give proper solutions.                                     we are living in para chute regiment training center (army campus) and i brought aircel Sims for me and for my family from the sangeetha showroom (J.C. Nagar) because that salesman told me the scheme like for recharging the connection with Rs. 65 it ll give me 1/2 paisa per second and 10paisa for aircel to aircel and it ll give me 500 message free per day but first 2 message ll charge me 50 paisa and 50 paisa and if i recharge it with Rs. 48 than also same thing but i ll get 300 message free per day but first message ll charge me 1 rupee but its not like that . the connection of Rs, 65 is charging me 1paisa for 1 second and its giving me only 300 message free per day with 50 paisa charged with first 2 message and with the connection of Rs. 48 its giving me 1 rupee for per call and 50 paisa 50 paisa for first 2 message.......
                                    and that sangeetha showroom is telling the same schemes to all i just want you to help me because i am not getting the proper benefit from the company.

                                      I recently ported my number from Vodaone to Aircel on 10th of April. In the last 50 odd days my outgoing calls have been barred for 6 times for reasons still unknown to any and so far I haven't been given a single bill though I have been asked to make payments due to credit limit. The best part is I am having a 799 offer whereby i have over 2000 minutes of call free and i have't even made use of 500 yet in last 50 days.

                                      And still my outgoing has been barred for the last 3 days for the 6th time.

                                      I was even ready to port out of aircell with immedeate effect as i am tired of all the calls and waiting to connect to customer care team. But it seems i have to pay minimum of 3 months rental to do so. Can you beat that? I have to pay 2000 ruppees to them coz they don't know how t run their company well.

                                      Therefore I have decided to let go of my 2 years old number and take a new connection with another provider without paying a paisa to aircell.

                                      If Aircell team is reading this, then tryandmake a rationale response.
