Sir,
I am trying to port my number as there is no network of aircel since last few days and i do not have any other number so i am in a middle of no connection situation. I had send a couple of porting request to 1900 but the port code had not been provided to me. It will be very helpful if you please look into the matter and provide me with a porting code.

I am facing serious problems due to non availability of my primary phone number which is of aircel. Even customer care number of aircel west bengal ([protected]) is not picking up calls. I am not able to generate UPC of my aircel number. Please issue UPC as soon as possible. Its been 18 days since I posted the complaint but no resolution have been provided.

    I have trying to port from aircel to other network for the past ten days.. I have sending the messages to 1900 in described format many times.. Still now i didn't receive any upc code.. Please help me out.. And even i couldn't able to connect with the customer care service.. I am left with no options to resolve this issue.. Please reply me with a solution as soon as possible..

      I am unable to get any porting code via sms as there is no service. My no. Is [protected] in kolkata circle. I need it immediately as this no us connected to my aadhar and pan. Please send my unique porting code immediately. It is causing me great trouble. This no is also a part of my other job related documents. I shall be thoroughly stuck without this number. Please treat this as very very urgent!!!

        My mobile no. [protected] aircel post paid account (Chennai) which i am using it for more than 15 years.

        I have got the port as cdt11925 on 18.02.2018.

        With this port code, i have applied to airtel on 19.02.2018 but not got activated after 7 days. Also applied to vodafone 01.03.2018, but got the message saying rejected due to code error even applied the same code. I have paid all my outstanding bills, & also kept additional of 119 rs extra in that account. But still, i could not able to change to other network.

        All they are saying that the port code is the problem, its starts with `c' which they are saying that corporate account. Others port code and all its starts with dt instead of cdt.

        Request your help to convert to other network. I am struggling from 18.02.2018 for porting (Mnp).

        Already sent a mail to [protected]@aircel.co.in on 27.02.2018, but i got only an auto generated acknowledge mail, but no reply so far (Mail image attached).

          I am facing serious trouble due to no network coverage of aircel in my area. As a business man i need to be connected everytime via phone calls which i am unable to do since last week. I have requested aircel to send me the unique porting code so that i could port out my number to other mobile operators. I have sent the port sms by typing port xxxxxxxxxx to 1900 but i did not receive any response. I am facing huge losses in my business and complaints from my clients due to non availability in phone calls. I request aircel to send me the upc code as soon as possible.

            My self ashish gupta from jammu, requested many times to aircel to send me the porting code but they did not reply me, even their customer care lines is not working. Everytime their lines are busy and after 10 to 15 minutes hold they disconnect.
            Please provide me the porting code of my aircel number [protected].

              I am trying to port my aircel number : [protected] but i am unable to send message to 1900.
              I have been trying to send message : port [protected] to 1900 since 28th february but every time it is showing unable to send message.
              I have tried multiple times to send the port message but each time i failed to do it because it says undelivered message.
              What should i do now? This is highly unprofessional from aircel.

                As i received news. I sent request for porting to 1900, 2 days back. Still not received port number. Aircel signal is not coming. Not able to connect to any network. What to do. I have all bank, wallet and other accounts are linkec to this number. Please help me how to solve this issue. I can not do any authorization for my transactions. I have around 1000 rs in my aircel balance. If i canot get this number u have to loose lot of money.

                I do not want to share others number. he started getting messages due to my post. Please remove it first. I do not want more burden. Consumer complaints shares the phone number to other or it won't hide numbers. Never keep number here.

                      I was having a aircel number. But now a days aircel is having very poor service. So i sent msg several times to obtain the mnp code (Upc).                           I want to porting from aircel to other network so i am trying to send message to 1900 to port. I have tried for many times.
                          But it always says that "message not sent". And also contact the customer care but there is no response from your side. Then how can i get mnp code from your side?.

                              My aircel no. Is [[protected]] i have been trying to port my no. For days now. Earlier the port message was not sent because of the network issues. Now i have finally sent the message twice and i have no response got yet. I am working in a health sector and i need to access my calls on urgent basis. All the important areas have been given this no. Kindly send me the upc code as quickly as possible. Its been an issue for over a month.

                                UPC code for my no. [protected] has not been received. I have send the port message twice. Its been a nuicanace as this network connection has been having issues for about a month. Please send me the code I urgently want to port my no. My universities and other important area have this no. I need an urgent switch....

                                Sir/madam,
                                The aircel sims which were replaced (Due to damage) before does not generate the upc code as it says "does not match with the system" in other words"the sim no. Does not match with the mobile no." i have tried with other sims which were replaced before and the problem is same. Where as other sims which was not replaced, upc code are easily generated without any difficulty. I did all this through you service no. [protected].
                                Please look into the matter as soon as possible. Thank you.

                                  My mobile no. Is ×××××××××××. Earlier ported from mtnl. Presently i am a subscriber of aircel services, staying at grand square chs ltd.in ghodbunder area near anand nagar signal.
                                  For last one month we are not getting aircel network (Signal) in above mentioned areas. I myself, my family members, nabours and many people in our society are facing same problem.
                                  I sent the port sms several times in the correct format i. E. Port ××××××××××× to 1900 but not getting upc. All aircel users in thane, maharashtra are facing same type of problem still unable to port.
                                  I tried several times to connect to customer care but not able to do so. Could you please help me to get my upc code from aircel? Please do the needful.
