My mobile no. [protected] aircel post paid account (Chennai) which i am using it for more than 15 years.
I have got the port as cdt11925 on 18.02.2018.
With this port code, i have applied to airtel on 19.02.2018 but not got activated after 7 days. Also applied to vodafone 01.03.2018, but got the message saying rejected due to code error even applied the same code. I have paid all my outstanding bills, & also kept additional of 119 rs extra in that account. But still, i could not able to change to other network.
All they are saying that the port code is the problem, its starts with `c' which they are saying that corporate account. Others port code and all its starts with dt instead of cdt.
Request your help to convert to other network. I am struggling from 18.02.2018 for porting (Mnp).
Already sent a mail to [protected]@aircel.co.in on 27.02.2018, but i got only an auto generated acknowledge mail, but no reply so far (Mail image attached).
Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by vimalrajanr Repeatedly getting rejected while porting with same code even after resubmitted thru Vodafone... Request your immediate reply on this... See I am using your network for the past 16 years, is this the way you treat your loyal customer ? I've given this Aircel no only to all my communication ... Like bank, insurance etc..
Pls respond & help me to get a new code start with DTxxxxxx as quickly as possible...
