My aircel no. Is deactivated without any official notice or even a intimation that the service is about to deactivate. The number was in use and also was recharged regularly. Because of this getting deactivated my aadhar, all my social media, banking transactions cannot receive otp. Kindly find a way to activate the number... It would be much appreciated....

Aircel has installed a mobile tower on our building in 2009. We were receiving rent every month regularly until jan 2015. However, from jan 2015, aircel stopped paying us rent and had sent a letter to us saying they need some time and will pay the rent asap. It has already been close to 4 years now but they never turned up and we never received any rent ever since.

Please look into this issue and provide a solution...

I am a customer since from 10 years due to some reason i have not used that number because i was in dubai i was on my work upto 6 months so the sim got lost in that scenario i couldn't cm to india & take sim so i waited for 6 months to get back to india when i found store & wn i asked him about this number they told that the number got recycle due to non usage

My aircel sim card is deactivated due to non use of 3 months. i got accident and i am in out of state. due to this reason i not able to use this number more than 3 months now number is deactivated. I have tried so many times to send sms 1900 for port but every time failed in sending. [protected]@yahoo.com [protected] and this is done perposely to maintain customer in the same company so please do something so that i can send my sms i want to change company to gio mobile but i can do further process and i have to stick in airtel company which i am not satisfied....

In 2008, aircel company had installed a mobile tower in my property in a agreement with 7000 as rent per month.
From february 2015, the company is not paying us the rent or any compensation. Due to this tower we lose a major portion our property which we wanted to use for our own work.

So, kindly request company to pay us pending rents and compensations as per the agreement they signed with us.

Aicel has closed its mob.network operation in Himachal Pradesh since last January 2017. At that time their was my credit balance of ₹2800/- lying with them as advance. They have not refunded me this amount in spite of many requests through mail and customer care. My mob.no [protected]. H.P circle....

I had taken the aircel internet services through a corporate plan in chennai in 2012 and later got it disconnected before leaving chennai due to relocation through the same agent who sold me the plan. I came to know after 4 yrs that the company was still billing me the charges and deducting through my bank account for the services that i never availed in almost 4 yrs and contacted them immediately for the wrongdoing but they kept dillydallying...

My aircel sim is inactive currently so please suggest how to activate my old sim card, it is inactive currently not used since last 6months. I still want to continue with aircel operator so please suggest how to reactive the old sim card immediately. I tried recharging but it is failed due to the operator is invalid and on sim number is not present to make wireless customer call so please help me to resolve this issue immediately...

I have a aircel no which is [protected] (Bihar) and my sim last 5 digit is 08362 upc is db211546. I am unable to port my number in operator.in porting server says number is not old 90 days but my number is more than 150 days. Pls provide the solution for porting my number or give me the other upc code. Pls pls provide me the solution.

Aircel has closed the operation leaving consumers in vain. No information is provided regarding closure of network operations.

Even i am unable to port the number to another networks.
Lost my account balance in sim i request how to go further regarding the number portability. How should we lodge a complaint in trai.
Networks should accept the aircel customers in to their networks...
