I’m trying to port my number since october 2017, i’m not getting upc number from aircel, aircel guys please provide upc number for my below mentioned mobile number - [protected] (Rahul), also if the aircel is looking at filing bankruptcy then what about consumers like us who were using this service for long time, we should have been informed / alerted about the porting options.

    I have sent sms to aircel for unique porting number my number but i haven't received any unique porting number. And i don't have network in my area as i am not able to call or receive any call fir last 3 days. It's been a week i am trying for the unique porting number but unable to and if we call customer care they don't have answer to those questions.

    Please resolve this issue at earliest

      Hi,
      I am trying to change from aircel to airtel as there is no network of aircel in and around chennai. But aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting upc many times till 20 feb, 2018. Aircel guys please send me manual upc. As i am doing business where i’m totally depending on ur network i have 2 aircel numbers...

        Hi, I am continuously sending message to port my number to 1900 but i didn't get any reply message and also i seen signaling is very week and suddenly dis appeared and even i called to customer care regarding this issue and they are not responding correctly on this, please check and reply on this or let me know any alternate solution

          I am ramachandran and my aircel prepaid number is [protected]. I am using that prepaid aircel number for the past 4years but unfortunately for the past few days there was a poor network problem from the aircel. For this reason, i wish to change the service provider (Shift to the other network). I was messaged 6 times for mobile number portability to the number 1900 but not yet received the unique porting code till now. So please solve my query and do the needful.

            I have been using aircel network for almost 10 years. Now im having network error since one week. No tower for one week. I have sent port sms to 1900, but till now i didnt receive the code. Since i have no network, i dont knw how to get porting code..               I have recharged my aircel number yesterday by 119₹. The balance i got was 100₹. But within 10 minuntes they deducted the balance of 95₹ from my number for the service which i didnt subscribed. Repeated request to customer care was of no use. I request now to aircel to return the above said amount to my account. My number is [protected] (Delhi/ncr)

                  It is something blocked by Aircel, just to ensure that no body is able to PORT from aircel to other providers. Pls help to get asap.

                    It is really treacherous that aircel has betrayed the very old customers like me without any notice. I have my aircel number for the past 20 years and the mobile no. Is known all over the world. I am totally helpless. The port message i am unable to send as the aircel signal is totally blocked. Lacs of customers are suffering and definitely cursing the organization. The govt. Should step in and do something. These organizations should be regularized and should not be allowed to betray and cheat lacs of customers. We remain without communication. We earnestly look forward to the govt for help. Please take care of the poor people devoid of any communication

                      I am using an aircel number for the past 5 years and now i don't have network in that sim card. It's my number given for all official purposes. Please help me get the number back. The same number is given for aadhar card too. Without that number in working condition i cannot use any governmental features with kyc. It is given for all my bank account and for each and every official website and working place.

                        I am aircel customer & i know that aircel services is good but because of no network in maharashtra from 1st feb 2018 i want to port my aircel sim to any other service provider.                           I am trying to change from AIRCEL to AIRTEL as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code.                             Hi, i have sent a couple of messages i. E. Port to 1900 to port my aircel number. I have yet to receive the upc code for porting my number. How long does it take to provide the upc code. Kindly look into the issue. I have also tried contacting aircel customer support but the call doesn't go through.                               I have sent many time to get port code; but, no response from Aircel. The Aircel offices are lock. So, I am not able to contact any one in person. I am using this mobile number for all official correspondence. So it is very important to port immediately. In case your network is working perfectly, i don't require to port to other service provider.

                              So, kindly send me unique porting code (UPC) to my mobile number or restore your network.

                                  I am from tamilnadu, i could not make calls to other no's for last 4 days. I recharged rs.1699 plan recently and please refund the amount on prodata basis. You can refund to the same account which i recharged. Don't close the ticket without mentioning the response and action taken.

                                    I have already sent the msg to 1900 to port my number but still i did not get the porting code. My number is [protected]
                                    I have already tried two to three times to send port msg to 1900. The sms charge is deducted and got getting the code for porting. The cc told me just wait for 6 hours and i will get. But its already more than 14 hrs but i did not get. Please help me out and solve my problem its little bit urgent.

                                    Please provide me the porting code.
