I am experiencing a very bad time with your connection & with your Customer care Executives. There is 0% Cooperation from their side. I called up your Customer Care 4 times since morning, but your Executives are disconnecting the calls directly without resolving my problem. I took a new Aircel Connection last month & I was having problem with my FR validity & balance deduction. But your Executives are not responsible enough to even listen to the problems of the customer & this is very disappointing, One of the executives name is Ms. Kalpana, she disconnected my call without listening to me. Please train your executives first & then make them sit in the back end to handle the customers. They are not eligible enough to handle the customers right now.
My FR was of Rs. 105 & also a recharge of Rs. 135 was done after that.Due to this FR, I got A to A free 100 mins per day & the validity of this was for 1 year n I also having the msg regarding the validity.
But from yesterday, I am charged @ 1.2p/s for A to A & because of this I lost around Rs.30 balance as I was not aware of this. I want this matter to be sorted soon & as to get back my balance of Rs. 30. My Number is [protected].
The same problem is also faced the my other number which is [protected] & the balance lost in that case is Rs. 26
I hope that atleast I can get any help from this side & I will not have to go any further for this.
