Aircel — Balance automaticly cut from mobile........... | |||
Dear sir, madam I have a Aircel mobile [protected]. I have a problem with my aircel number that the last 10-15 days my balance is automaticly cut form my mobile. When i call the customer care the person said you are use internet payable service. but i am sure i am don't use any payable service. because i am use internet las 5-6 years . and i have already recharged my Internet data pack. and i have a good knowledge of internet. i am a networking engineer. so plz help me ... thank u Was this information helpful? | |||

My name is Sadananda Mudi, my aircel mobile no [protected], but my Balance automaticly cut from my mobile, i call aircel customer care but person said you activate VAS service but i am sure i do not activate any service. so please check and my balance is refund.
