Kat like gye jab customer care se puchha to unhone kha ki aapke number par callar tone laga hai jiska 30 ya 35 rs. Kate gaye hai maine our baki ke rs. Ke bare me puchha to unhone kuch nhi btya. Meanwhile, kindly share the following details with us for further proceedings: Date & Time of deduction: Any message received upon deduction (screenshot if any): Warm Regards, Aircel Social Media Team Verified Support Jan 22, 2018 Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Kaushalendra, As checked and found that you had recharged with Rs 219/- on Jan 14, 2018, 6:48:58 PM and received Rs 200/- talk time in the main account. As checked, post recharge you were with charged Rs 30/- for activating MOC1 (VAS) via IVR mode on Jan 17, 2018, and were charged Rs 35/- for Dialer Tone Services on Jan 15, 2018, and were charged Rs 16/- for the activation of auto-renewal data pack. Rest Amount was charged for making calls. Hence, charges are found correct and no waiver is applicable for the same. Only Rs 30/- will be credited to your number within 24 hours.
