[Resolved] Aircel — balance cut for unknown reason. | |
I had recharged my aircel number on 3rd january 2018 with 25 ruppes. After rechange 25 ruppes was given to me as the full talktime offer the provide me. After rechange i had made few phone class and and send only one massage. After all this i had 21.80 ruppes talktime in my main account balance. But suddenly a few hours later i had checked my balance i then i saw there was only 1.80 ruppes talktime left. Why 20 ruppes talktime has cut from my account? I need my balance back in my account as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
