[Resolved] Aircel — Balance cut for unnecessary reason and unnecessary activation of packs. | |||||
I usually get unnecessary messages of service activation of those services whose names I don't know at all. My number is [protected]. I recharged my account today (05/10/2015) for 10₹ which gave me a balance of ₹7.48 and I lost the complete ammount. I am a customer with Aircel for 2 years now and I still get unnecessary activation and deduction. When I contact the customer care they say that no service are active but when I Recharge the balance is deducted. I request Aircel to stop this and kindly credit my ammount back.
