[Resolved] Aircel — Balance cut without any reason | |||
9 aug 2015 : I had 93.20 rs main balance. i recharged data pack of 2 rs. and after it exceed the limit to extra 750kb i stopped using internet.. but they charged me [11 rs instead of 7.50 rs]... but they actually reduced my balance from [93.20rs to 68.80 rs]... so they actually deducted {25 rs} from my main balance. which was 17.50rs more i called call center(198) but they ignore it and said they dont have such info... and blocked my number so after the first call whenever i tried to call from my no it was automatically rejected and said all people are busy... but my dads aircel no had no problem with the calling to the customer care. the person with whom i spoke was SUCHISMITA DAS (i asked her name).. my MOBILE NO : [protected] .. i want my balance (17.50rs) back sir. please take some necessary steps Was this information helpful? | |||
