[Resolved]  Aircel — Balance dedicated without any confirmation.... Nd without reason... I am trying to contact on 198 but they are not talking...

First of all on 20/4/16... balance deducted without any confirmation. ...then I contact on 198 they told me we r unble to get update call after 8 hrs ...I called again on 21/4/16 they told same thing nd said call after two hrs but till now they are not talking to me...
