[Resolved]  Aircel — balance deducted automatically without any notification

Hi,

My phone no - [protected], kolkata circel.

On 27 th september, immediately after tatkal recharging the whole amount got deducted. Then i contacted customer, they didn't provide any information regarding the reason of deduction.
On 29th september i have done recharge for rs 110 but immediately after reacharging the whole amount got deducted without any notification of reason. I called the customer care but they told me exactly the same like they told on 27th, that they don't have any information regarding the deduction information.

On 1st october, again immediately after recharging the whole amount got deducted without any notification.
This is becoming a serious matter. I am escalating this issue and need immediate response.

We would like to inform you that your balance got deducted for VAS renewal, loan recovery and for data usages.

Regarding VAS, as per system validation, it was found that an amount of INR 7 got deducted for renewal AJDIDBD07 (VAS) service on[protected] which we have deactivated from our end.

Regarding loan recovery, as per system check, your balance got deducted Rs.12 on[protected] at 10:13 (because on previous date, a loan was taken from Aircel company on[protected] at 16:32). So your balance got deducted from main account for loan recovery.

Regarding data usage, we would like to inform you that your balance got deducted Rs.105 (before balance Rs.105.04 and after balance Rs.0.04) and Rs.66 (before balance Rs.78.04 and after balance Rs.0.04) for using GPRS in 3G connectivity on 10-Oct-2015 at 15:33:02 (usage being 6.8262MB + 4.2735 MB) as per default charges 15 p/10 kb) since at that time, GPRS pack & GPRS balance was not available in your number.

So, the charges are found to be correct and hence we regret that we won't be able to pass any waiver in this regard.

What are you saying!! Regularly I do GPRS recharge on my number. You can check that from your end, and why you have deducted the balance after so many days? Give proper justification.
