[Resolved]  Aircel — Balance deducted, complaint raised but no proper response. id:[protected]

On march 8th I recharged 101 for 3G data pack for which I recieved a msg stating 1GB 3G data 28 days validity. I have deleted the message once I recharged. But by 9th i was getting the data pack validity as 9th march 2016. I called the customer care and they stated that I ahve the validity till Apr 4th 2016. But on 10th I was deducted around 33 rupees when I switched on data services in my mobile. So I called customer care and went to data service section and I queried for the same data pack validity issue. They conveyed me like I have the validity till Apr 4th and asked me to call to balance deduction issue section. I called to balance deduction section and I was getting the information like my data pack validity was completed and so I was charged. I said that I have the validity till 4th Apr an why I was charged. and my call was transferred to supervisor Priya and she stated that I was not having the validity and it expired as of 9th March.and my balance will not be refunded. I complaint like then Why I was stated that till 4th Apr 2016. she responded like she will check with voice recording and arrange for callback for the next day.I didnt get any calls on 11th March.So I called again and spoke to the supervisor Shanthi(I am not clear with name).She said that I was deducted correctly and I asked she said will check the voice recording and arrange for call back was said by Priya. She responded Priya is not there currently and asked me to call after 24 hours. I called today 3 to 5 times but I was not connected to customer care. Please help me with this.
