We had received a call from the Aircel customer care describing their
data packs. Even though no interest was shown in activating the pack,
the pack was auto activated and balance deducted. Upon raising the
concern in another call to the customer care cell, they raised a
complaint with the docket number 1-[protected] and said the services
shall be de-activated said the balance deducted will be refunded
(only after a set of arguments on it). The resolution was claimed by
18th May, 2016.
Called back the customer care on 18th once again when they said that I
should wait for another 24 hours and then the amount shall be
refunded. But its already been 22nd May and we haven't received the
refunds yet for the pack 'mis'activated.
Have already dropped them emails regarding the same but there has been no response except the auto acknowledgement Was this information helpful? |
