Aircel — Balance deduction against activation of caller tune without my concern

sir, I am using aircel number [protected]. but on 26th january, 2015 rs 9/- deducted from my main account balance automatically. I called customer service they assured me this deducted balance will be given to my main account balance within 72 hours. Reference no. is 1-[protected]. Till date no response. But today (i.e. 05/02/15) at 12:52hrs an sms was received by me on my cellphone. that shows a dailer tune was activated on my number. And Rs 30/ was deducted from my main account. how is it possible??? without my concern how my balance was deducted?? Then I called to customer care.Customer service representative said they take my request . But he could not give any complaint number against my complaint. immediately caller tune was removed but no balance was refunded. I am really hopeless about service of aircel. Please take neccessary action to refund my deducted balance. Anirban Halder [protected]
