Aircel — Balance Deduction and Deactivation Of Internet Pack a Dy Before the Stipulated Dated

Hi, On 18th Feb 2015, 15+ Rupees was deducted from the main account for surfing thehe internet. Last month on this day i.e. on 19th Jan, an Internet Pack was recharged and the pack was supposed to end on 18th Feb completing 30 days. But the pack was deactivated a day earlier .I want a full refund and an extra day on the Internet pack I'm currently using. I'd expect a swift resolution . Thank You.
