[Resolved]  Aircel — balance deduction and poor network provider, poor customer care service, poor response

Duffer company and customer support!!!
I have just bought your simcard and now you start deducting my main balance. I am trying to contact your customer support continuously since 3 days but they are not receiving the call. And now after three days you will not return my balance according to you. Shame on you and your customer support. Your network is also so bad. Network is playing hide and seek with my phone... Every thing is very bad... I had mailed a complain to you (Abs. [protected]@aircel.co.in) but after 24 hours you did not respond... Shame on you... If you have some respect then kindly resolve my problem.

My Mobile number is [protected].without any call/SMS there is deduction in my talktime balance.tried to complain to customer care but they asked me call after 4 hours, currently server is down.i request to them to book my complain but they refuse to do so.
