Aircel — Balance deduction.

It is really frustrating. My Aircel Prepaid No is [protected]. My account balance has been deducted subsequently 04 times for subscribing a value added service and that also without my permission. Among the 04 times 02 (two) times will refunded but another 02 (two) times was not refunded. Last amount deducted on 22.03.2015, When I complained about this to the customer care executive I was told that the service has been discontinued and my balance will be added within 72 hours. But more or less 90 hours has passed without any result for my earlier deduction and few time is left for 72 hours for present deduction (which deducted on 22.03.2015). My balance has not been returned. Please do the needful.

Every week Aircel is deducting 25 Rs. from main balance. After complaining they don't solve the problem & told that balances are deducting for clicking some internet link. But I m nt using internet of Aircel. Such a helpless customer care it is ever i've seen & once receiving the call from customer they don't attend the call for 2nd time.
