2rs are getting deducted everyday under NDAIRPI2, since 27/09/2016 from my Aircel number [protected]. There's no option to talk to Aircel customer care via 198, 121, 1288 and several numbers. Kindly resolve my issue at the earliest.

I recharged my aircel no. [protected] (RAJ.) on 10th Oct. 2016 (at 6:56pm) of 89 rs through my phone's main balance.
I got confirmation message but plan is not activated.
After that i called customer care service but didn't get response from senior executive officer.
