Aircel — Balance deduction for unsubscribe vas and renovations.. And customer care system is busy from more than 1 weeks | |||
Aircel company is bacome fraud... They automatically deductedrs - 5 for "unlimited games" and next day they again renew this vas and deducted rs 35 and when i called the customer care pick up my phone a first and said there is slow so please call after 2 hr... So after that iam calling them from 1 weeks and i always listen a recorded voice saying"we are experiencing heavy traffic at our center please try latr and call disconnected every time... I hv uploaded the recording of this please check it sir... Then again they deducted 35rs for renewation... Total rs 75... I want all the money back... Was this information helpful? | |||
