Aircel — Balance deduction of rs 95 | |||
MY aircel no is [protected] .My bal is deducted on 28 June 2015 of 95Rs. On the same day I given a complaint. They Told that my a/c will refund by 95Rs in 48hours. But, I didn't get it till 5th June 2015. And now if i call to customer care they cut my call without giving me proper information. it feels to me that they had put my no. in no reply zone. check it has been found that your balance Rs 95/- got deducted
dated- 28/6/2015 due to Activation of VAS DAZQUEEN, NONSTOP60-
techzone through WAP, IVR . Credit of 95/- have been posted in
your's A/C from our end dated -7/7/2015 .
