[Resolved] Aircel — Balance deduction @ talk time | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Aircel.no: [protected], Mysore, Karnataka I have recharged for Rs.75 on 16, June, 2015. After few minutes I got a message that "Thank you for Subscribing to Non-Stop Music Station plus" even though I have not Subscribed for it and after few time my balance of rs.60 deducted when I checked my balance. I had called to Aircel customer care also in this regard, but they did not respond properly and disconnected the call by saying that we are unsubscribing the option. Also I have recharged last month for Rs.447 3G data pack for 3G for 1.8gb x 3 months and 2G unlimited after 1.8gb and it is also not credited for this month. I am sure that I have not subscribed to any of the above option and simply they have deducted the balance. Also get the 3G data for this month. I request you to don't trouble the customers in this way. Please do the needful and consider my complaint and get my Rs.60 balance back without fail if not I may think of cancel the connection. As per our system records, it was found that you have activated the NONSTOP60 services through WAP and as per your complaint wavier of Rs.60/- is credited in your account and it is already Informed to you that NONSTOP60services are deactivated..Please be informed For any further assistance you can reach Appellate desk by dialing [protected] from Monday to Friday between 10AM and 6PM...
