Aircel — Balance deduction-vas service auto activated | |||||
Respected Sir/Mam, I am using aircel no. [protected] since a long time and i m having faith in this company but on 3rd may, 2016, I got SMS that " Thank you for choosing Juiceup Weekly at Rs. 35/-. You have been charged Rs. 35/- for 7 days" and Rs. 35/- has been deducted from my account balance. Sir I want to know that how is it possible to deduct money from my account without my concern. And I haven't asked for any type of VAS service. This is forgery. I tried several times to the customer care but they are not picking the phone. Sir please do the needful and return my money.
