[Resolved] Aircel — Balance Deduction without activating any pack

I received a message that i have been subscribed to aircel joys deals pack and charged with rs 30 and my balance got debited. i haven't subscribed to any such pack, then why this amount has been charged. and now when i am contacting aircel they are not picking my phone from 2 days, the day when i complained for similiar such deduction of rs 35. The people at aircel gone mad.I just want my balance back in my account as quickly as possible, otherwise i will take further action.Aircel has done it so many times and it is enough. We regret to inform you that our team tried to contact you but your number was continuously busy so as checked you have subscribed two services Astro and aircel my deals on 29th September 2015 and 1st October 2015 through WAP hence both service has been deactivated and which balance has deducted on 1st October 2015 hence Rs.30/- balance will be posted within 24 hour in your account.
