Aircel — Balance deduction without consent

My Number 88xxxx1433 and I am using Aircel for last 3.5 years. But from last 6 months every time I recharge they impose me with stupid packs without my consent. Today, 24-Jan-14 around 4 PM my 50 Rs has been deducted for some pack. This is not first time. If they don't do this they change the calling tariff plan without asking for it. I am writing here as my last hope, as the CS team over phone lie and keeps on hold for more than 30 Mins. I don't understand why it takes so long. If not resolve within 24 hr, I would be happy to leave Aircel for my good.

Immediately within few minutes I had called multiple time to register a complaint, finally a guy "Prem Mehta" from your team gave me a service reference number.
And I felt that now my query would be address, but to the worst, this guy bluffed me. He gave me a service reference number which was never in your system(at-least for my number). The reference number he gave is :[protected]
Yesterday after repeated calling 198 or other number which are still down for maintenance, I sent SMS to 121 and learnt that there is no such complaint. Please be ashamed of this and take appropriate action.
I hope to see quick resolution and refund of my balance and now I have right to ask for some compensation too!!
