[Resolved] Aircel — balance deduction without reason | |||
[protected] this is my aircel number yesterday i recharged my account by 50 Rs.and today its without reason deducted my balance to zero so i want my balance back before this also two times it happened with me i tried to contact on 121 but it was saying that all executives are getting buzy so please do a helpful reply! This is Joy Deep and my aircel number is [protected] yesterday i recharged my account by 69 Rs.and today its without reason deducted my balance to zero? So i want to know why my balance were deducted give me the reason and balance back before i will take this on consumer forum. its second time when it was happened with me i tried to contact on 121 in several times but it was saying that all executives are getting busy is this?
Its my request you to kindly look in to this matter and take a strict action on this.
