Aircel Balance Deductions VAS

SInce 25 February 2016 I am facing almost daily automatic subscription of VAS and corresponding balance deductions of sums of Rs 75, Rs 3, Rs 35, Rs 49, Rs 25. The amount is deducted based on the premise that I have subscribed a VAS pack whereas I have not. Each time this has happened I have called customer care representative and all they say is that my complaint has been noted and that I have to call 155223 to deactivate the service.
i call 155223 and the response there is the auto generated response that I have no VAS subscribed. Now the amount 75 and 35 were refunded to me after 3 days of having been first deducted but other amounts were not.
Problem is why is the amount being deducted in the first place??
And the first time and every other time this happened I asked the customer care representative as to the reason behind this issue, not one provided the answer to this.
My balance always gets reduced and I have to recharge again, and again the amount gets deducted. I am moving in cycles with no person at Aircel ready to help me.
It is this kind of stupidity that one cannot really tolerate.
