Aircel — BALANCE ISSUE | |||
I've recharged with 199 through online recharge after two days i balance was rapidly deducting from main account balance however, i've only made few calls thereafter i been trying to customer care but, i did'nt get the proper response from them they are simply saying that i've subscribed an offer but the reality is i never subscibed any offer give since the day that am using Aircel Network i tried reaching customer care at last i heard that the balance will be refunded within 24hrs of time but, that never happended till today as of today my main balance is 2.Rs/- my humble request is to take the neccessary action on this and do needful.
