On 19th Feb 2014 around 4pm I recieved a message that Rc25=rs50 in main account . I recharged rs.25 on the same day around 8pm. On the same day I called customer care executive said that rs.50 will be added to your main account within 48hours. On 21st night around 11pm I called from friends aircel number as from my number it wasnt reaching customer care. On 21st the executive said that message the offer message to 121 and wait for 12hours. I did wait for around 18 hours and spoke to Executive named sukumar on 22nd feb around 8.
50pm. He said that I will transfer to higher executive and he will look into the problem. He put me on hold and the call disconnected from his side. When I again tried to call customer care it didnt reach. I just want to say that i[censored] give some good offers to a old customer care why do u make him feel that he is on worst network. I would be happy even Ii[censored] give me myrs.25 in my account and stop giving such fake offers. Was this information helpful? |
