Aircel — Balance not refunded neither provided | |||
I did a recharge of Rs 60 (Full talktime) on 27th Dec but it has been 2 days and I am yet to receive my balance. I was asked to wait for 2 hours on 27th dec but it has been 40 hours that I am to get my balance. I would now like to get my money refunded and not recharged. Also I would like to complain against the Kolkata Aircel Customer Care for providing false information and blocking my number to get connected to them. I want my money back to my account ASAP. Hi All,
I hope that I will be refunded my balance but I think you too know that sharing details of Debit Card is against the Policy. I got a cal from Aircel asking my Debit Card No, Expiry Date, CVV No and I hope that you know that CVV No cant be shared.
So, please stop the stupidity of asking for the crendentials and refund my balance to the Account directly.
