My Aircel Mobile Number is [protected] & I am using this number only
from 13-14 days ago. My balance suddenly got deducted on 22/08/2015
for around Rs. 7.50/-, because at around 6 p.m. my balance was around
Rs. 7./- & at around 8 p.m. when I checked the balance, I got
astonished to check that it was Rs. 7./- & I made only 3-4 calls for
very small periods between 1 and 8 p.m. & my plan is only 30 p/min.
Now the customer care, which is always unreachable & busy, when gets
reachable after calling continuously for 3-4 days tells that I clicked
a link & that's why the balance for Rs. 7.00/- has been deducted. The
behavior of them towards a customer(new) is not at all satisfactory &
they even were not willing to lodge my complaint seriously. They
believe that all of their customers are very foolish & only they are
very smart. In this era, a child also knows that money will be
deducted after clicking any bad link & in their opinion, I, who is
using mobiles since 12 years don't know that. I use my mobile self &
no other does use it. The company if anytime deducts balance for any
unknown reason, the call centre always try to prove their customers by
saying these kind of bogus things which actually cannot be proved by
only a phone call between the customers and the call center that they
are saying true or false. Hope for your activeness to help me to get
