[Resolved]  Aircel — Barring the services without any reasons and blocking all facilities

Sir, I have taken a Post paid connection from Aircel last week and after providing all the documents as requested the SIM was provided and from next day after calling helpline I got it activated. Suddenly from yesterday my mobile service was barred and blocked from any Outgoing/Incoming and Data Plan usage for no fault of mine. When I called Aircel I was told Residence Verification was not done, this verification is the duty of the company to do and if they have not done I wanted to know Who's FAULT. The Sim was taken from Vadapalani, Chennai branch of Aircel and they give a false information that they came to my house 3 times and door was locked. It is absolutely false since almost 7 family members in my house are staying and no one is going out due to rain and my daughter school holiday. I am 500% sure that the person who told that house locked is really false and he is cheating the organization by saying this without even visiting my house. I am sure my wife, my brother's wife, my sister, my brother, my daughter and my brother's daughter are all staying through the day and any time they are available. Because of this false reason and inefficient staff of the Aircel (Field representative) why I should face the problem of not getting my mobile service and barring all the usages. I need a immediate solution for this otherwise I request Aircel to inform if not going to activate in which case I will surrender my SIM and cancel the registration.
