Hi Team/Nandhini, I have got your point regarding the Charges . But I need to know without any alert message or without clearly explaining about the plan. How come customers will be the responsible for this one. Please clarify the below things as well, • Did you checked the recording whatever I discussed with the customer care people . ( No one explains regarding Bill shield options clearly) • I never get any alert messages from your side after using the 500 MB. Usually customers need to know right if they charged for this Bill Shield 1 GB option.(Is it the way of looting the money from the people) • Please close my no’s [protected], [protected]. To the team, This was one of the worst conversation I ever had. To the company, Please try to improve the customer care service if you can. I don’t want to continue with this network anymore . Post usage has been activated in Bill Shield with 3G speed has been charged up to 1GB (50KB 0.02P) and moved to unlimited 2G.
