This is a new complaint against call centre's irresponsible behaviour. There are couple of complaints raised by me on 31/08/2015 mentioned above which were are yet not been resolved. I have been following up with call center since last one month for resolution. My bill dated 27/08/15 went wrong due to a person in call centre called Pankaj. After that I continuously followed up on 121 for 26 times and talked to almost all call handling executives and 3 seniors named Ravi, Simran & Deepak; all of these assured me that complaint will get resolved in 24, 36, 36 hours after 7 days SLA lapsed, but nothing happened and my next bill dated 27/09/15 also went wrong. Since last one month my incoming and outgoing are stopped and now my call on 121 is not being responded.
