[Resolved]  Aircel — call charges applied on toll free number

Yesterday when i call at toll free number it charges money and my balance is deducted and when i call costumer care they are saying that no money is deducted and says that if we cut the call then in future you cant be able to call our costumer care... This is the service offered by you. Either you respond and refund amount otherwise i use consumer court.

Sir today i call a toll free number but it charged to me and when i call costumer care they says that no charge is deducted as both times my charges are deducted and both times same reply is given and says that we have to cut the call and in future you cant call us... Is this yhe way to talk... R u giving service or threatening us with your services.

But why your costumer representative told me to that no charges are deducted. Sir i have recorded voice of your executive and is the number starts with 1860 is not toll free..plz again check this concern
