Aircel — Canceling my 22 Rs tariff plan and activate 89 Rs tariff

My phone nb is [protected]. i'm trying since 3 days to deactivate my 22 Rs tariff plan and to activate 89 Rs plan. customer cares are just providing me fake consolation about my problem. though i have my complaint nb 1-[protected]. but still there is no progress. first i want to say that aircel provides wrong description on 121, as you see i did 22 Rs tariff just because of hearing from 121 that aircel to aircel std calls are now became 10 paise/min. but its not happened. it took the same charge 15 paise/min as shown in aircel.com. i am not claiming for my 22 Rs investment, i just want to deactivate that 22 Rs plan. Thanks
