[Resolved] Aircel — cannot send sms

It has been quite some time now that i cannot send sms via my aircel sim. Previously, i thought that there was a problem with my device. I changed phones, but the problem still persists. I have my bank account linked with my number and i need an outgoing sms confirmation to be able to use upi. Please look into the matter and kindly resolve this problem for me.
