Aircel — Charging of forged amount for vas services | |||
This is to inform you that in bill for the month of january and again for february i have been charged for vas services and vas downloading charges although i didn't subscribe for same. i have lodge same complaint last month also i.e. month of january with aircel but no prompt reply was given And being a postpaid customer i must mention that this practice of charging for vas services although same had not been subscribed by customer is not acceptable as customers paid their bill from their hard work earned money and that practice of charging forged bill for vas services was pathetic and i no longer wish to be customer of aircel. We regret the inconvenience caused to you.
We would like to inform that you had download NDTVVLPK pack on 23rd February 2016 at 12:05PM, 12th February 20016 at 12:38PM and subscribed SGZO75 on 26th February 2016 at 11:46AM through WAP mode for which you have been charged Rs300. The vas service activated post double consent from your end. The charges are found correct hence adjustment is applicable for the same. The vas service has been deactivated from his number.
