I recently recharge rate cutter and they charge me higher as per the tariff, I gone through the website to make sure why did they charge me and there is no black out day on 31oct 2016, it's says "blackout day on the day of Diwali" and today is not Diwali, I called Customer service and they telling me today is black out day, even I haven't received any message from Aircel that today is blackout day, I called customer care executive says and they telling me the same but when I asked them is today is Diwali then he hang up on me. I have 3aircel connection in my home and this was happened to all numbers. My concern is why did they provide wrong information and they charge us without any notification, I simply want my refund.
It's my humble request you to take action regarding this matter.
